Who We Are
Founded in 1833, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a worldwide organization of lay Catholics united by a single mission: To serve our neighbors with love and respect by delivering help, hope, and pathways to self-sufficiency.
What We Do
The St. Catherine Labouré Conference provides direct, person-to-person assistance to individuals and families facing hardship.
This personal approach is what makes the work of the Society unique.
We assist neighbors by providing support such as:
- Utility assistance
- Rent and housing support
- Temporary housing
- Prescription expenses
- Food assistance
- Clothing
- Other emergency needs
How We Serve Our Neighbors
Our ability to serve the community is made possible through:
- Generous donations
- Monthly parish collections
- Grants
- Revenue from our thrift store
These resources allow us to continue supporting neighbors in need throughout our community.
We are always in need of volunteers to help carry out this mission.
